The case
I've been building companies since 1995 - as a founder, an operator, and the technical person in the room when it mattered. I've started six ventures, sold two, helped take one public.
I've also had ventures that didn't work, which is the more useful experience: I know what breaks, at which stage, and how much it costs to fix late instead of early.

I'm not a retired executive narrating from a corner office. I still build. Today I run Steamweaver Microventures, a holding company where I design, build, and operate a portfolio of durable online businesses - which means when I sit down in your codebase, I'm doing the same work I do every week for myself. Player, not just coach.
How I think
I build durable businesses - things that make money, compound, and survive. That worldview runs through everything I do, including a community I founded, The Founders Guild, for builders who'd rather own a real business than gamble everything on a mythical billion-dollar exit.
I also believe the shape of a founding team has changed. AI hasn't removed the need for senior technical judgment - it's created a wave of founders who can get a product 70% built and then hit a wall they can't see past. They don't need a big team or a back-end engineer with no judgement. They need one experienced person who can own the build and the "is this even right?" question. That's the thesis behind how I work, and it's why this offer exists at all.
What I bring with me
Twenty-five-plus years across fintech, healthtech, and consumer ventures, B2B and B2C, lightweight products and heavy-tech infrastructure. A Princeton degree and a Babson MBA in entrepreneurship - useful mostly as shorthand for the fact that I can speak both business and engineering fluently, and translate between the two without losing anything. And a whole selection of generative and operating playboooks I've already battle-tested that your venture can plug into from day one.
